Cattle Feed Plant Project Report (12 t/day, Rs 1.2 Crore) with Excel Model

Honest 29-page project report for a small cattle feed mixing plant that makes 12 tonnes of mash feed a day for dairy cows and buffaloes, sold loose, in branded dealer bags and as own-brand farm-gate bags. Deliberately sized in lakhs, not crores: project cost about Rs 124 lakh (Rs 73 lakh fixed plus working capital), with a right-sizing test that shows why 5, 8 and 10 tonne plants fail the bank test. Includes the ingredient basket built from current IndiaMART prices, market data, buyer and channel plan, process flow, machinery list, quality-control plan, 7-year projections, DSCR, IRR, 14 sensitivity scenarios, licences (BIS IS 2052:2009, GST, state rules), AHIDF and other schemes, and a live Excel model you can edit. Shows plainly that the margin is only about Rs 1.5 a kg and that a 2% move in ingredient cost or selling price takes average DSCR to 1.0x, so you know what a bank will test. Corrects the references' garbled KVIC table, mixed cattle and pig feed and old standard.
