About the Role:
The Trainee – Agriculture Drone role is designed to train candidates in agricultural drone operations, precision spraying, crop monitoring, and agritech field services. Trainees will undergo structured hands-on training and field exposure to become job-ready agriculture drone pilots and agritech operators.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking a practical, skill-based career in modern agriculture and drone technology.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in operating agricultural drones for spraying and crop monitoring
Support pre-flight checks, mission planning, and post-flight procedures
Execute crop-specific spraying protocols under supervision
Assist in drone maintenance, battery handling, and basic troubleshooting
Collect field data such as crop type, acreage, weather, and spray parameters
Follow DGCA guidelines, safety procedures, and company SOPs
Coordinate with farmers and field teams during operations
Support logistics, equipment movement, and station activities
Training & Skill Development
Agricultural drone piloting and safety
Precision spraying techniques and SOP compliance
Basics of agronomy, crop protection chemicals, and dosage control
Drone maintenance and battery management
Use of mobile apps and digital agritech platforms
Introduction to traceability, data capture, and export-oriented farming practices

Eligibility Criteria

10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Agriculture or any discipline)
Willingness to work in rural and field environments
Physically fit and safety-conscious
No prior drone experience required (training provided)
Basic smartphone usage skills preferred
Willingness to travel within operational areas
