Identifying and onboarding trusted suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors with competitive pricing. Negotiate with contractors, logistics, and payment terms to lower costs and improve efficiency. Manage warehouse operations, inventory planning, and dispatch planning and scheduling across the district and stat hubs. Collaborate with sales and the franchise network to forecast regional demand and ensure uninterrupted supply, and to implement strong quality checks for authenticity, regulatory compliance and labelling accuracy.
