Krishidhan was established in 1996 and has grown into a group committed to an integrated seed business covering R&D, production, quality control, processing, marketing, sales and extension.

Its registered office is in Indore, corporate office in Pune and main infrastructure in Jalna. It researches, produces and markets seeds of cotton, cereals, pulses, oilseeds and fodder crops, and was among the first three licensees of MMB India to commercialise Bollgard and Bollgard II cotton hybrids.
