Job Role:We are hiring Agri Advisors / Sales Executives to strengthen our field operations. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and farmers/distributors, providing product knowledge and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell company’s agricultural products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.) to farmers, retailers, and distributors.
Educate farmers on correct usage of products, crop protection, and fertilization techniques.
Build strong relationships with existing clients and generate new leads in assigned areas.
Collect market feedback and report field activity to the management.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 years of experience in agri sales or fieldwork can apply.

Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of agriculture practices and crop management
Passion for helping farmers and growing in the agri-sector
